By exploring polarities and playing with energies, this session builds sensitivity and prepares us for the deeper work ahead. *Day 4: De-Armouring Massage*
This day is dedicated to the profound release of physical, emotional, and energetic blockages through de-armouring. Focused touch and breath allow the gentle dismantling of long-held protections, reclaiming a fuller expression of pleasure and presence.
